Carson Cooman - Concert Organist
Carson Cooman is an active concert organ recitalist specializing in new music. He presents programs designed to showcase the diversity of new organ music having been written in the 20th century and still being written in the 21st. Most of his programs include at least one world premiere.
He has been highly acclaimed by audiences, press, and composers alike for his interpretations and performances of contemporary works. Carson is noted for his ability to create programs that are engaging and interesting, even to those audience members who might not ordinarily find themselves interested in new music.
Carson is available for either solo recitals or appearances as an orchestral concerto soloist. His repertoire as a solo performer is too long to be listed here, but he is happy to discuss with any potential presenters possible programs and repertoire.
